<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ramsey county Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction BUlletin, an advertisement for blds upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Storm Sewer ~provement No. 65-38, as amended, Project No. 2 shall <br />be publidlad as required by law, shall specify the work to be <br />done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by <br />the Village Manager and Director of PUblic works at ll:30 o'clock <br />a.m. on October 27, 1967 in the village Hall, that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or bidder's bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent (l~~) of the amount of <br />such bid.. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the foll~g against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
