EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of September, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing, and the following were absent: none. Council member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10553 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, COUNTY ROAD B-2 PATHWAY PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August 22, 2005 for County Road B-2 Pathway Project, T.A. Schifsky of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with County Road B-2 Pathway. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on September 25, 2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
