EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of September, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing, and the following <br />were absent: none. <br />Council member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 10553 <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 PATHWAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August 22, 2005 for County <br />Road B-2 Pathway Project, T.A. Schifsky of North St. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily <br />completed the improvements associated with County Road B-2 Pathway. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br />shall commence on September 25, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
