EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of September, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m.
<br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following were
<br />absent: none
<br />Councilmember Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION 10554
<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS
<br />FOR 2007 STORM SEWER MODIFICATIONS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and
<br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on
<br />Wednesday, September 19, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids
<br />were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />Hennen Construction Co. $ 146,007.00

<br />Kober Excavatin ,Inc. $ 151,115.06
<br />Forest Lake Contracting $ 157,200.50
<br />Northdale Construction $ 183,353.29
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Burschville Construction. of Hanover, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible
<br />bidder at the tabulated price of $122,272.50 and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Burschville
<br />Construction for $122,272.50 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Manager.
<br />2. This approval is contingent on the approval of the contract by the Arden Hills City Council for their
<br />work included in the contract.
<br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
<br />made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
<br />retained until contracts have been signed.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote being
<br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following
<br />voted against the same: none
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
