EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24'h day of September, 2007, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; <br />and none were absent. <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10557 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.O1G AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR NAJMIEH <br />REZAKHANI AT 425 WAGNER STREET (PF07-051) <br />WHEREAS, Najmieh Rezakhani is the owner of property at 425 Wagner Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Rolling Green S 1/2 of Lot 14 and all of Lot 15 Block 2 <br />PIN: 13-29-23-31-0044 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to operate ahome-based hair salon business, <br />which is a conditionally permitted use in the Single-Family Residence Zoning District; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated September 5, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Najmieh Rezakhani for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with <br />Section § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Pust Ihlan, <br />Kough, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
