<br />Council of the Village of Roseville, IJ.innesota, was dilly held at the Village Hall

<br />HHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution pC';ssed by the Village Council on
<br />l',arch 19, 1958, the Vnlage Engineers, Banister Engineering Co., have prepRred
<br />plans and specifications for Project No. 1 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. II
<br />and have presented such plans and specificRtions to the Council for approval,
<br />

<br />'f'ribune, the offici?l paper, and in 7..he Construction Bulletin ani arJvertisement
<br />for birls upon the making of Sllch improvement under such approverl plans anr1
<br />:::mecifications. The anvertispment shall be publisher1 as requirerl by law, shall
<br />specify the 'Nark to be done, sh81l call for birls upon the basis of a cash payment
<br />for such, 1Jork, shall state that birls will be openerl anrl considered by the Council
<br />at 11:30 o'clockA.Ts. on June 30th, in the Council Chambers of the Villacce Hall,
<br />that no 'r)ins will be considererl unless sealer) ann filerl Hith the Clerk anc1
<br />occompanierl by a cash ooposit or certifierl cheCK payable to the Clerk for ten perce'1t
