Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approxi- <br />mately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />(Voting and Seating Order for September: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing) <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda Items 7.i, j, and k, respec- <br />tively entitled, "Approve Comprehensive Plan Update Phase II Consultant Contract;" <br />"Adopt a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Najmieh Rezakhani at 425 <br />Wagner Street;" and "Adopt a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Mike <br />Heffernan at 893 County Road C-2." <br />Councilmember Roe, along with Councilmember Kough, requested removal of Consent <br />Agenda Item 7.g entitled, "Adopt a Resolution Approving a Tactical Mutual Aid Agree- <br />ment with the New Brighton Department of Public Safety and the City of St. Anthony <br />Police Department." <br />By consensus the agenda, as amended, was approved. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any uon- <br />agenda items. <br />a. Rebecca Galkiewicz, 1023 Woodlynn Avenue <br />Ms. Galkiewicz announced an upcoming event in Roseville, on Tuesday, October <br />9, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon at Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 W <br />Roselawn Avenue, with special speakers, Will Steger and Ms. J. Drake Hamilton, <br />providing an exciting presentation on Global Warming Solutions, An Eyewitness <br />Account; and sponsored by Vital Aging Network, Volunteers of America- <br />Minnesota, and Congregations Caring for Creation MN Interfaith Power and <br />Light. Ms. Galkiewicz encouraged Councilmembers and the public to attend this <br />rare opportunity. <br />b. Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington Avenue <br />
