<br />to be upheld by Minn. Stat. § 270.07, subd. 1., the City of <br />Roseville will join the Petition of GPC pursuant to Minn. Stat. § <br />270.07, subd. 1, and will further recommend to and request of the <br />Ramsey County Board and the Ramsey County Auditor their favorable <br />recommendation that real estate taxes paid by GPC on the subject <br />property after the date the same was acquired by the City, be <br />refunded to GPC with statutory interest. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Maschka and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V.
