1. That the Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper and in Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the plans and specifications previously approved, continuing the bid opening date from September 29, 1967 at 11:30 a. m. to Friday, October 6, 1967 at 11:30 a. m. Said notice shall be published once and all other provisions of the advertisement for bids previously published are continued and of full force and effect and the only change is the change of .che date of receipt and opening of bids. The Village Manager is further directed that in the event any bidder shall deliver any bids for opening on the previously assigned date of September 29, 1967, that the bidder shall be advised that bid opening has been continued to October 6, his bid shall not be received nor opened, and he shall be directed by the Village Manager to submit such bid at the time hereby assigned therefor. 2. The notice shall be in substantially the fOllowing form: NOTICE FOR CONTINUATION OF BID OPENING STO.l.~ SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38, AS AMENDED VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS hereby given that the time for opening of bids, previously advertised in connection with the foregoing improvement, has been changed from 11:30 A. M., Friday, September 29, 1967, and continued to 11:30 a. m. Friday, October 6, 1967 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All other terms and conditions of the previous advertisement for bids are fully applicable hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set out. Dated September 25, 1967 Richard W.
