EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 25th day of September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Grauel, Goodrich, Curley and Shields and the following were absent: None COUNCILMAN GRAUEL introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1922 WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the property abutting Rose Place immediately west of the Minnesota Transfer Railway tracks by installation of sanitary sewer, and to assess benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for a study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by COUNCILMAN GOODRICH and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: all present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
