The <br />proposal does meet. more than eight of the applicable twelve criteria for a setbac` r _ <br />as listed in Section 1013.05 of the City Code, and therefore the DRC recommended <br />issuance of the Permit. The porch must be setback 31 feet from the front property li~c. <br />Drainage must be directed to the street or on to the Spaulding property. The <br />neighborhood has varying styles and height.
