<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 25th <br />day of September, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Shields, Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Shields introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1923 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville and County of Ramsey have <br />entered into a joint project for the improvement and relocation of <br />County Road C from Dale Street ~ Snelling Avenue: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain lands owned by the Village in the vicinity <br />of County Road C and Victoria Street are needed for said relocation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute <br />the street easements to Ramsey County for relocation of County Road C. <br />Such easement is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel No. 1 <br /> <br />That part of Lot A of the recorded plat of Aladdin Homesites, <br />Ramsey County, ~unnesota, lying northerly of a line 50 feet <br />south of and parallel to the following described line: Commencing <br />at the north quarter corner of Section II, T 29 N, R. 23 West; <br />thence south along the north and south quarter line of said <br />Section 11 (bearing S.000l2'W.) for a distance of 46.6 feet; <br />thence deflecting to the right at an angle of 63000' (bearing <br />S. 630l2'W) for a distance of 235.60 feet to the beginning of <br />the line herein to be described; thence deflecting l80!00' on <br />a line running northeasterly (bearing N. 630l2'E) for a distance <br />of 100 feet to the beginning of 6000' (arc) curve to the right; <br />thence along said 6000' curve (having a central angle of 27044' , <br />a tangent of 235.73 feet and a radius of 954.93 feet) for a <br />distance of 405 feet more or less to the east line of said Lot A <br />and there terminating. <br />
