<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at <br />the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 25th day of <br />September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and no one was absent. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1924 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1898 calling for a feasibility <br />report on storm sewer was passed by the Rosevil1e Village Council <br />at its meeting of September 18, 1967; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said resolution No. 1898 assigned preparation of the <br />feasibility report to the Public Works Director; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Public Works Director reports that the <br />complexity of the project is beyond the capability of his depart- <br />ment considering the time limitation involved; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the feasibility report for <br />the installation of storm sewer in the following legally described <br />property be reassigned to the Banister Engineering Company and they <br />are requested to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Legal Description: An area bounded by County Road "0" <br />on the north, Victoria Street on the east, Lydia Drive <br />and its extensions on the south and Churchill Street and <br />its extensions on the west. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
