EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 25th day of September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and no one was absent. Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1924 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1898 calling for a feasibility report on storm sewer was passed by the Rosevil1e Village Council at its meeting of September 18, 1967; and WHEREAS, said resolution No. 1898 assigned preparation of the feasibility report to the Public Works Director; AND WHEREAS, the Public Works Director reports that the complexity of the project is beyond the capability of his depart- ment considering the time limitation involved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the feasibility report for the installation of storm sewer in the following legally described property be reassigned to the Banister Engineering Company and they are requested to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Legal Description: An area bounded by County Road "0" on the north, Victoria Street on the east, Lydia Drive and its extensions on the south and Churchill Street and its extensions on the west. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
