Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />9tb <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 196-1-, at 1:30 o'clock P.Me <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarbolm, Councilmen Curley, <br />Sbiexw and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Goodricb <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 192') <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT m. .3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last <br />- <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be {jollected along with real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962 Jl and <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conv'eyed by property owners, and <br />
