<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ibseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held. in <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North ~ington, !bseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, <br />Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1927 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO COUNTY ROAD B-2 street Improvement 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for County !bad B-2 Street Improvement 64-1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property <br /> <br />owners and <br /> <br />WInillR&AS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br /> <br />di vided, sold. or conveyed, be made by the V1llage Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville against the following described properties: <br />
