<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 193 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Howard H. Anderson is the owner of the <br />following described parcel of land situated in the Village of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, McCarrons Addition, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by Resolution of the Village of Roseville <br />on October 3, 1957, said Lot 4, Block 1, McCarrons Addition, was assessed <br />for benefits on account of installation of sanitary sewer in the amount of <br />$453.75, and, <br /> <br />WHFlt&AS, on the 1st day of November, 1957, one Chris Petersen paid <br />to the Village of Roseville the amount of $453.75 to apply on sewer assessment <br />for Lot 4, Block 1, McCarrons Hills, which inadvertently was applied on <br />Lot 4, Block +, McCarrons Addition, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville determines <br />that the amount of $453.75 was the correct amount assessed against said Lot 4, <br />Block 1, McCarrons Addition for benefits on account of installment of sanitary <br />sewer, and that no part thereof has been paid and said Village of Roseville <br />further determines that said amount should be added to the assessment roll <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County with the same force and <br />effect as if originally certified without the credit erroneously entered, and <br />that the County Auditor of Ramsey County is authorized and requested to have <br />the same corrected and placed upon the assessment roll and payable in accord- <br />ance with the original assessment without any credit inadvertently applied. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council of Roseville this I~~y of June, 1958. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.~ ~~ <br />GJ, /,~~ - I <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />~"~ <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
