EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 9, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, October 9, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Shields and Grauel and the following were absent: Councilman Goodrich MEMBER Shields moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 1933 RESOLUTION DIRECTING COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE ruE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT, GENERAL IMPROWMENT. ANDGOL.fS;QY.gg....J~QNDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $5,000 in the General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the receipt of monies from the State of Minnesota, Department Highways, for the participation in the cost of storm sewer construction; AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $27,900 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $27,900 from revenue received from the golf course operations in 1967; AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $142,927 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville Village Council that 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds Series 2 by $5,000.00 from $105,OOO.QO to $100,000.00. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds, 1967, by $27,900 from $27,900 to -0-. 3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 5 1966, by $142,927.00 from $166,416.00 to $13,489.00.
