<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 9, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, October 9, 1967, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen <br />Curley, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Goodrich <br /> <br />MEMBER Shields <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1933 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE ruE <br />ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT, GENERAL <br />IMPROWMENT. ANDGOL.fS;QY.gg....J~QNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $5,000 in the General Improvement <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the receipt of monies from the <br />State of Minnesota, Department Highways, for the participation in the <br />cost of storm sewer construction; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $27,900 in the Golf Course Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $27,900 from revenue <br />received from the golf course operations in 1967; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $142,927 in the Water Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received <br />than anticipated; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville Village Council <br />that <br /> <br />1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax <br />levy for General Improvement Bonds Series 2 by $5,000.00 from $105,OOO.QO <br />to $100,000.00. <br /> <br />2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax levy <br />for Golf Course Bonds, 1967, by $27,900 from $27,900 to -0-. <br /> <br />3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1967 tax <br />levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 5 1966, by $142,927.00 from <br />$166,416.00 to $13,489.00. <br />
