EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 9, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th day of October, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Curley moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 1935 WHEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, at Sections 70.150 and 66.330 provides that the Village may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises the ensuing year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is a list of parcels of real property lying within the Village limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water system of the Village of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charges up to and including May 31, 1967. 2. The Council hereby certifies said list, and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amounts set forth in Exhibit A, for taxes due and payable in 1968. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
