<br />/25;0 ~ 7/ ~ /v /~). /7.5' '1 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Uinnesota <br />Held October 16, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br />the 16th day of October, 1967, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Richard W. Turnlund, Village Manager; <br />Robert Bell, Village Attorney; Sherman Goldberg, Public Works <br />Director; Peter S. popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village Bond <br />Consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment <br /> <br />for Intprovements No. s _ 66-23 and 66-24 in Suburban Life on <br />September 27, 1967, and October 4, 1967, which affidavit was <br />examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The <br />Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing <br />to all affected property owners. <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />
