Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Coun- cil of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held in the Vil- lage Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday the sixteenth day of October, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1944 RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN WESTERN HILLS ADDITION AND WESTERN HILLS NO. 2 ADDITION Whereas, Ban-Con InCOrPOrated and Roberts Construction, as developers, have plat- ted Western Hills Addition and Western Hills No. 2 Addition and therein dedicated cer- tain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance have undertcl~en to grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized said streets within said plats as follows: COHANSEY STREET from Transit Avenue to County Road C. ROSE PLACE from Cohansey Street to Irene Street. IRENE STREET from Rose Place to Qakcrest Avenue. BROOKS AVENUE from Cohansey Street to Western Avenue. OAKCREST AVENUE from Cohansey Street to Western Avenue. WHEREAS, Roberts Construction and Ban-Con Incorporated have filed and also made their request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of Roseville, and WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said streets have been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets by the Village.
