BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the Village acquire temporary construqtion <br />easements across the properties described as follows: <br /> <br />Easement No. 679-1 <br /> <br />The SE'ly S feet of the NW'ly IS feet of Lot <br />1, Block I, Tilton Addition, said 15 feet <br />adjoining the NW'ly line of said Lot I, accor- <br />ding to the plat thereof on file and of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for said Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Easement No. ~7J-2 <br /> <br />The SE'ly S feet of Lot 2, Block I, Tilton <br />Addition, said S feet adjoining the SE'ly <br />line of said Lot 2, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds in and for said <br />Ramsey Courty, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That temporary construction easements be acquired for <br />the purpose of constructing storm sewer lines, pipes and appur- <br />tenances for the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, together <br />with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed <br />to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the <br />power of eminent domain in the name of and in behalf of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set <br />forth above under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, said <br />property to be acquired temporarily for construction purposes, <br />and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to <br />take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings <br />to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br />
