TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. ~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHE:REAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer !Dq)rovement No. L as finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WBEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />ot previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 0 2 'WaS held on <br /> <br />December 6, l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, ~ were <br />~.. .." <br /> <br />amended as proVided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br />(bunty Audl\or of Ramsey County on December 29.0 1?60 and <br />
