<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF rvlEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, fiELD OCTOBER 2B, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of October, 1967, at <br />7: 30 p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Shields and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1952 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION Af'.1ENDING 1967 BUDGET FOR THE <br />LEGAL DEPARTI,ffiNT, GENERAL FUND <br /> <br />~~ereas, expenditures incurred in undertaking litigation with <br />Northern States Power Company to control the installation of transmission <br />lines in the Village of Roseville was not foreseen in the 1967 Budget; <br /> <br />AND Whereas, this expense exceeds that which can be covered <br />out of the current budgeted amount; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the budget for the Legal Department, General Fund be <br />increased from $14,250 to $16,850. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
