EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OR ROSEVILLE, HELD OCTOBER 23, 1967 ********** ******** Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of October, 1967, at 7:30p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1953 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the following purposes: To wit; to provide for payment by the state to the Village of Rosevi11e of a part of the cost of construction by the Village of Roseville of an outlet system of flowage coming to a flowage easement at Fulham and T.B. 36, owed by the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways to be done in accordance with Village plans therefore designated at Village Improvement No. 65-38 A, Project 1. Be it further resolved that the Mayor and ~fanager be and are hereby authorized to execute such an agreement on behalf of the Village. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon all present voted in favor and no one voted against same. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
