<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OR ROSEVILLE, HELD OCTOBER 23, 1967 <br /> <br />********** ******** <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 23rd day of October, 1967, <br />at 7:30p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1953 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Highways, for the following purposes: <br /> <br />To wit; to provide for payment by the state to the Village of <br />Rosevi11e of a part of the cost of construction by the Village <br />of Roseville of an outlet system of flowage coming to a flowage <br />easement at Fulham and T.B. 36, owed by the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Highways to be done in accordance with Village plans <br />therefore designated at Village Improvement No. 65-38 A, Project 1. <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that the Mayor and ~fanager be and are hereby <br />authorized to execute such an agreement on behalf of the Village. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon all <br />present voted in favor and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) 55 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSLEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk-Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County.
