<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Ramsey county Suburban Life, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for sanitary Sewer ~provement No. 67-32 shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids upon tbe basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by <br />the Village Manager and PUblic Works Director at 11:30 o'clock <br />a.m. on November 27, 1967 in the Council Chambers of the <br />Village Hall, tbat no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bidder's bond payable to the Manager for ten <br />percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Goodrich and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor: all present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />w~eupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
