EXTRACT 1)F MINUTES OF MEETING O:F CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSE~' COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in s<<id City on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following were absent: none Councilmember Klausing introduced the .following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10529 RESOLUTION EX7CENDING WORKING HOURS FOR RAMSEY COUNTY COUNTY ROAD D MILL AP1D OVERLAY PROJECT WHEREAS, Ramsey County has scheduled a mill and overlay of County Road D between Highway 88 and Cleveland Ave; AND WHEREAS, they plan to complete this work between July 24th and August 15th; AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Iias received a request from the Project Engineer to extend the working hours due to the heavy volume of vehicles on this segment of road; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in the interest of getting this construction project done with minimum interruption to traffic on the road, the City of Roseville hereby extends the working hours for the County Road D Mill and Overlay Project for the following dates and times: Nighttime Hours 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
