EXTRACT Ol± MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITE' OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY I~OUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota was duly held at the; City Hall in said City on Monday, the 5th day of <br />November, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: Kough <br />Councilmember Pust introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10566 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br />SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOa~LS GRANT FOR A SIDEWALK ALONG <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM I~EXINGTON AVENUE TO RICE STREET <br />WHEREAS, the Imagine Roseville 2025 visioning process identified sidewalks and trails as <br />important infrastructure to the communit~~, and <br />WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR Safe Routes to Schools Grants for sidewalk <br />infrastructure is available to the City, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that: <br />The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for 2007-2008 Safe <br />Routes to Schools Infrastructure Grant for a sidewalk for County Road B-2 from Lexington <br />Avenue to Rice Street. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ihlan and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the <br />following voted against the same: none <br />
