NOW. THEREFORE. BE I'r RESOLVED .l3Y THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that the Village acquire permanent easements across the properties described as follows: Easement No. CD4-21 The Westerly 35 feet of the following described tract: The North 100 feet of the South 133 feet of the East 500 feet of the SE~ of the NE~ of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, subject to State Trunk Highway #51. Easement No. CD4-22 The Westerly 35 feet of the following described tract: The North 400 feet of the South 533 feet of the East 500 feet of SE~ of NE~, Section 4. Township 29, Range 23, subject to State Trunk Highway #51. That permanent easements be acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating underground storm sewer lines, pipes and appurtenances for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress and egress. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name of and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further directed and instructed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None
