EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 17, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kough, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none <br />Councilmember Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.10579 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL <br />AGREEMENT N0.90216R <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into Mn/DOT agreement No. 90216R with <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />Remove the existing Traffic Control Signals, Install and Remove Temporary Traffic <br />Control Signals, Install new Traffic Control Signals with Street lights, Interconnect, <br />signing and Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling <br />Avenue) at County State Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B) and at HarMar <br />Shopping Center Entrance in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the <br />City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br />The motion was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Kough, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing and the following voted against: <br />none <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
