9. Filing. The Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of the Program and <br />Plans with the Commissioner of Revenue and State Auditor within 60 days after the date of <br />adoption of this resolution. <br />10. Severability. If any section, paragraph or provision of this resolution shall <br />be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity or unenforceability of such <br />section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this resolution. <br />11. Headings.
