Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 17th day of <br />December, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Kough, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10577 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />THE ISSUANCE OF VARIABLE RATE DEMAND REVENUE BONDS AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br />(LUTHERAN CHURCH EXTENSION FUND -MISSOURI SYNOD LOAN PROGRAM) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Pust, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Kough, Roe, Thlan, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />98362 <br />
