NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ROSEVILLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 17, 2007, at a meeting of the Council beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., Central Time, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, relating to the proposal that the City adopt an amendment by supplement to the tax increment financing plan for its tax increment financing district no. 1 (originally established in 1982). to extend the .duration thereof .two years through 2009 to the maximum duration permitted by law, and also amendments by supplement to the plans for the City's redevelopment project area and its industrial development district no. 1 and the development, program for its development district no. 1, ail as previously amended numerously. The amendments'will setforth goals, objectives, activities, and butlgets for tax increments to be received in 2008 and 2009. The amendments are all pursuant to such provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047, Sections 469.048 through 469.068 .and Section 469.082, Sections 469.124 through 469:134 and: Sections 469.174 through 469.179, respectively, as may be applicable thereto. A copy of the relative documentation proposed to be considered at the hearing will be on file and• available for public inspection at the office of the City's Finance Director.at the. City Hall at least 10 days prior to the public hearing. The area of tax increment financing district no. 1 from which tax increments may be collected and the area bf the development distri~ndustrial development districUredevelopment project area in which tax increments may fie expended are shown on the map below. The development distriotrndustrial development districUredevelopment project area includes all the area within the City limits.
