l . Notice of the issuance of the permit shall be given to property owners <br />within 350 feet of the subject property at least three (3) days prior to the <br />burn. <br />2. Conditions maybe imposed by the Fire Chief and/or Fire Marshall, <br />including but not limited to a condition that the City Fire Department may <br />conduct or supervise a burn where safety considerations warrant it. <br />3. The permitee shall pay the fee as prescribed by the City's fee schedule. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date.
