<br />Extract of Hinutes of }leeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of ~nrillesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereofJ a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, rtamsey County, ~~nnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />)\!ovember, 196 2, at 7: 30 0 I clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tne follmving members were present: :Iayor Cedarholm, Cotmcilrlen Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Curley <br />and the follmring were absent: CoullcilmnD Shields <br /> <br />Iiember Cu"'1ev <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1967 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELA'I'ING TO APPORTIOIJ}ffiNT OF ASSESS?1ENTS <br />?.ELA TING TO STP.EET IIvJPROVEiJENT NO. 64-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of ltoseville, ~~nnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />~1H:2;REA.S, the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. <br /> <br />64-3 as adopted on <br /> <br />)ctober 11, 1965, i'las certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since <br /> <br />that date a n~~ber of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll <br /> <br />have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionFent of the original <br /> <br />assessment be IT0de by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br /> <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each <br /> <br />~arcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NO~, T~IEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the follovnng apportio~~ent of original assessment against the following de- <br /> <br />scribe~ properties: <br />
