Paul, Minnesota, on :t.bnday the 13th day of >Iovember , 196~ at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following memebers were present: Mayor Cedarholn, Cotmcilmen Goodrich, Grauel and Curley and the following were absent: COWlcilma.'1 Shields l,lember Cur ley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1968 RESOLUTION RELATING 'ID AProRTIONMEN'f OF ASSESSMENT RELATING TO mAD IMPmVEMENTS ON IDNG LAKE mAD, COUNTY ROAD B-2, ST. CROIX STREET . (Road Improvement 63-37) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for mAD IMPROVEMENT 63-37 as finally amended and a- dopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been di vided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 196 and thereafter,
