<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 13 , 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Nov_:ember 13 I 1967 at 7:30 p.m. The follOWing members were <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Curl ey <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1970 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists on the following described real property <br />to wit: <br /> <br />The North one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast <br />one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter <br />(1/4) of Section fourteen (14) I Township twenty- <br />nine (29), Range twenty-three (23), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the danger <br />to public health and public safety the land should be covered with <br />an appropriate fill material to fill the dangerous excavation which <br />now esists on the property and the property should then be properly <br />graded. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are instructed to <br />execute the attached Order marked Exhibit "A" and made a part <br />hereof by reference. <br />
