RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 1971 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Villa~e Couneil of the Village of Ro~v!J.le duly he ld on the (-:J. ~ /, day 0 f lil':I../ , 19~ the follow- iug Resolution was offered by Councilman Curley , seconded by Councilman Grauel to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35\4 within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville from the W. Village Limits to St. Stephens St. ; and WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No'. 11 File No. 7l.5B S.P.2783-03 & 6284-25 (35W=394) from 0.2 M1. E. of Stimson Blvd. in M1nneapQl1s to St. Stephens St. in Ro seville and WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the VillageClerk; and WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway Number J5W wi thin the limits of the Village of RoseT.i..lle be and hereby are approved sub ject to the concH tion that the State of rlinnesota Department of Highways construct sui table cui de sacs at the previous intersections of St. Stephens Street and St. Croix Street with the south frontage road.
