<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIm VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD NOVEMBER 20, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 20th day of November, 1967, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Shields, Goodrich, Grauel and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1972 <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, to enter into Supplement No.2 €ooperative <br />Construction Agreement No. 53901 with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Highways for construction of a storm drainage pumping <br />station and force main on Fu1ham Pond at Fu1ham Street and T.H. 36 <br />in accordance with Village plans designated as Village Improvement <br />No. 65-38A, Project 2; <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that the Mayor and Manager be and are <br />hereby authorized to execute such an agreement in behalf of the <br />Village. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon all <br />present voted in favor and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNlY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk-Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />
