<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, :Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the twenty-seventh day of November, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields. Councilmen <br />Grauel, Goodrich and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member GriJ-uel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. lq73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF RAMBLER COURT <br />IN WILLMUS ESTATES PLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con Incorporated, as developers, have therein dedicated cer- <br /> <br />tain street known as Rambler Court in the Willmus Estates plat, and pursuant to <br /> <br />certain provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or <br /> <br />cause to be graded and stabilized said street and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ban-Con Incorporated has filed and also made their request for ap- <br /> <br />proval and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of Roseville and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and <br /> <br />filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been <br /> <br />completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and <br /> <br />recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED J that Rambler Court located in the plat <br /> <br />known as Willmus Estates, be and is hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville <br />
