<br />EXTRACT OF t<1INUTES OF l-1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIlE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 27. 1967 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 27th <br />day of November, 1967. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields <br />and Councilmen Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Ramsey County presently has under construction an <br />improvement to County Road C between Victoria Street and <br />Hamline Avenue by installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete <br />curb and gutter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. it is necessary for the Village to install any utilities <br />necessary for the service of abutting property in this street prior <br />to the completion of this improvement project by the County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of sanitary sewer. water and storm sewer necessary <br />to service the abutting property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. <br />Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, that the proposed utilities improvement be referred to <br />Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed. advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote <br />being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
