EXTRACT OF t<1INUTES OF l-1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 27. 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 27th day of November, 1967. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields and Councilmen Goodrich and Grauel and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm Councilman Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1974 WHEREAS. Ramsey County presently has under construction an improvement to County Road C between Victoria Street and Hamline Avenue by installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter; and WHEREAS. it is necessary for the Village to install any utilities necessary for the service of abutting property in this street prior to the completion of this improvement project by the County; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of sanitary sewer. water and storm sewer necessary to service the abutting property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 as amended; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota, that the proposed utilities improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed. advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
