<br />directed to enter into a contract with Austin P. Keller Construc- <br /> <br /> <br />tion company for $l8,275.80 in the name of the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville for sanitary S'ewer lmprovement No. 67-32 according to <br /> <br /> <br />the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br /> <br /> <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br /> <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br /> <br /> <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote <br /> <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
