EXHIBIT "A" RESOLUTION NO. 1977 A That part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, being a strip of land 82 feet in width described as comm- encing at the center of Section 9 thence North along the North- South 1/4 line of said Section 9 a distance of 289.20 feet thence northwesterly deflect to the left 890 40' 27" a distance of 100' to the beginning of the center line of said 82 foot strip; thence southeasterly, deflecting 1800 00' DO", a distance of 100 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 440.70 feet, central angle of 440 50' 13", a distance of 344.90 feet; thence northeasterly tangent to said curve a distance of 88.93 feet, thence easterly along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 440.70 feet, central angle of 440 50' 13", a distance of 344.90 feet; thence easterly tangent to said curve a distance of 972.68 feet; thence southeasterly along a tangent curve to the right having a radios of 550.96 feet, central angle of 390 04' 19" for a distance of 375.72 feet; thence southeasterly tangent to said curve a distance of 200 feet to State of Minnesota, Department of Highways right-of-way and there terminating. Also a strip of land 10 feet in width southerly of and adjoining the aforedescribed 82 foot strip, said 10' strip being described as beginning from a radial line to the tangent curve to the left having a radius of 440.70 feet, central angle 440 SO' 13" which passes through a point in the centerline at the beginning of the curve and said 10 foot strip extending northeasterly to the extended radial line passing through the easterly terminous of the curve described, thence northeasterly tangent to said curve a distance of 88.93 feet and there terminating at right angles to the centerline. Also a strip of land 9 feet in width northerly of and adjoining the aforedescribed 82 foot strip, described as beginning from a radial line to the tangent curve to the right having a radius of 440.70 feet, central angle 440 50' 13" which passes through a point in the centerline 244.70 feet northeasterly of the point of beginning and said 9 foot strip extending easterly to the extended radial line passing through the easterly terminous of the curve described, thence on tangent to said curve for a distance of 304.56 feet.
