The transfer of ownership of this bond, and of interest to accrue thereon, if directed by resolution of the Village Council, will be registered on the books of the Village by the Village Treasurer, who will note hereon the date of registration and the name of the transferee. Thereafter this bond may be transferred to a bona fide purchaser only by delivery with an assignment duly executed by the registered owner or his agent, and the Village may treat the registered owner as the person exclusi vely entitled to exercise all the rights and powers of an owner, until this bond is presented with the executed assignment for registration of transfer, accom- panied by assurance of the nature provided by law that the assignment is genuine and effective, and until such transfer is registered on said books and noted hereon by the Treasurer. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED, RECITED, COVENANTED AND AGREED that all acts, con- ditions and things required by the Constitution and laws of the State of ~linnesota to be done, to exist, to happen and to be performed preliminary to and in the issu- ance of this bond in order to make it a valid and binding general obligation of said Village according to its terms have been done, do exist, have happened and have been performed as so required; and that the issuance of this bond did not cause the in- debtedness of said Village to exceed any constitutional or statutory 11mi tation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Village of Roseville.
