<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD DECEMBER 11, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 11th day of December, 1967, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1977 A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B-2 in a <br />location legally described in Exhibit A to this resolution, by <br />installation of permanent surfacing together with curb and gutter <br />and necessary draining appurtenances and installation of necessary <br />sanitary sewer and water utilities, and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Banister Engineering Company for a study and that they be <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
