EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD DECEMBER 11, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 11th day of December, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following was absent: Councilman Shields Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1977 A WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B-2 in a location legally described in Exhibit A to this resolution, by installation of permanent surfacing together with curb and gutter and necessary draining appurtenances and installation of necessary sanitary sewer and water utilities, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company for a study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
