<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 18, 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December <br />18, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Councilmen <br />Goodrich. Shields, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1981 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF LAKEVIEW AVENUE <br />AND ASHBACH ROAD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS I The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />has determined tha t the following streets no longer serve any public <br />use and therefore it is in the best interest of the Village that the <br />same be vacated. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due publication and posted notice was <br />given by the Manager pursuant to law and the petition was referred <br />to the Planning Commission and was heard by the Planning Commission <br />on December , 1967 I and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Village <br />Council in the Village Hall on such petition December 18, 1967 I <br />at which time all persons interested were given an opportunity to <br />be heard, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest <br />of the Village to approve such petition. <br />
