~so . lD~F4~( <br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 7th day of <br />May, 2007, commencing at 6:00 P.M. <br />The following members of the Council were present: Roe, Kough, Ihlan, Pust and <br />Klausing <br />And the following were absent: none. <br />During said meeting Councilmember Pust introduced the following Resolution, the <br />written presentation and reading of which were waived by unanimous consent of the Council, <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON A PROPOSAL FOR THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS <br />TO FINANCE A HOUSING PROJECT <br />(CENTENNIAL GARDENS PROJECT) <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />member Kough, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Kough, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing <br />And the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />zoz~o96~i <br />
