Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes -Wednesday, November 07, 2007 <br />Page 11 <br />Mr. Darrow concluded the discussion by noting that a new Community Development <br />Director had been hired, and expressed his pleasure in working with the City of Roseville <br />to-date. Mr. Darrow noted the City's highly-dedicated staff and their interest in the <br />community. <br />Commissioner Wozniak personally supported the design principles, and comments of the <br />Planning Commission, opining that something was needed to guide staff as development <br />proposals came forward, in order to establish some continuity and high-quality standards. <br />Commissioners concurred. <br />Chair Bakeman advised staff that she looked forward to the draft report showing the <br />status of Planning files scheduled for presentation by staff at the December meeting. <br />7. Adjourn <br />Chair Bakeman adjourned the meeting at 10:50 p.m. <br />
