• Larpenteur Avenue. Roselawn Avenue, County Road B, County <br />Road B-2, County Road C, and County Road C-2 are one-half <br />mile apart. County Road D is one-half mile north of County <br />Road C-2 and is the northern border of Roseville. The <br />alphabetic naming of the County Roads continues quite a ways <br />north. The eastern edge of the surveyed township and of <br />Roseville, is Rice Street, which is also the east/west <br />dividing line for northern city/suburb house numbering. <br />Western Avenue is one-half mile west of Rice Street. <br />Western Avenue, Dale Street, Victoria Street, Lexington <br />Avenue, Hamline Avenue, Snelling Avenue, Fairview Avenue, <br />and Cleveland Avenue are one-half mile apart. <br />Human Rights Commission (HRC) <br />The Roseville Human Rights Commission is composed of ten <br />volunteer Roseville residences. Each one is appointed to a <br />three year term. The Commission meets the second Tuesday of <br />the month in the City Hall at 7 P.M. The public is invited <br />to attend. However, the First American Bank, is now the <br />Bremer Bank, located on County Road B-2, just across from <br />the Rosedale enclosed mall. The US bank listed as being at <br />1875 County Road B-2, has moved into the Byerly's store in <br />the Rosedale Square strip mall. The First Star Bank listed <br />as being at 2690 Snelling Avenue, was closed. <br />All of the financial institutions have outside ATM's, some <br />of which are drive up. Most of the convenience stores/gas <br />stations have ATM's inside. In addition, there are ATM's in <br />the Rosedale Mall and a few free standing ATM's, installed <br />in a shelter, in the city. Depending upon where you bank <br />and the ATM selected, the ATM service may be free. The US <br />Bank has ATM's in the Holiday convenience stores which are <br />free to US Bank customers. Wells Fargo has ATM's in the <br />Super America convenience stores which are free to Wells <br />Fargo customers. TCF (Twin City Federal) has branch offices <br />in the CUB Foods stores and US Bank has a branch office in <br />the Byerly's store in the Rosedale Square strip mall. <br />• Housing <br />
