After thi8 press eonfhreneey <br />the Roseville City Council voted 3 to 2 on October 21, 2002 to restirict public use ofthe City <br />Council Chamber togovernment-related business tinting business hours. Mils a~etion did ><sot <br />affect the City's Park and Recreation Department policy regarding the use of ether city <br />facilities by outside or~nizations. <br />In a separate incident, a Roseville residcttt attended a netting of RCCFOtI in <br />December, 2002. The meeting was held at the Oval. achy-owned location used for public <br />meetings. The RCCFOG was using the meeting mom, per City Facility Use policy, at nQ cost. <br />It is our understanding that the resident was asked to leave the meeting because she was not a <br />meanber of the group, and was also told by the chai>l~ of the 1LCCFOG that she could not <br />join the stoup. <br />
