Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br />January, 2008, at 6:00 P.M. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: Kough. <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 10590 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL <br />FOR THE ISSUANCE OF MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE OBLIGATIONS <br />TO FINANCE A MULTIFAMILY HOUSING FACILITY ON BEHALF OF <br />SNELLING APARTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHII' <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />member Pust, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Pust, Roe, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2132560v1 <br />
