EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of February 2008 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Rose and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Ihlan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 10593 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />PREMISE PERMIT TO THE NORTH RAMSEY "500" LIONS CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the North Ramsey "500" Lions Club, Inc. has applied to renew their lawful <br />gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Ramsey "500" Lions Club, Inc has met the local permit requirements as <br />specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the renewal of the premise permit application of the <br />North Ramsey "500" Lions Club to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Klausing <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, <br />Rose and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
